All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding of US federal holidays.
Orders are processed daily before 2:00 pm and shipped within 3 to 5 business days following. We do NOT ship on weekends or holidays.
We not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Claims related to lost packages must be resolved with shipping carrier utilizing the tracking information supplied with your order.
